    We are making improvements to the Member Portal to include new functionality and to give the user a better experience including an improved registration and log on process.

    The benefits of accessing your information electronically include the ability to:

  • Add or amend an 'expression of wish' for payment of a death grant NEW
  • Change your address, name or marital status
  • Securely view payslips and P60's (for pensioners only)
  • Securely view Annual Benefit Statements
  • Update your bank details (for pensioners only) NEW
  • View tax code changes (for pensioners only) NEW
  • The Member Portal will not be available on 29 January 2019 while we upgrade the system.



    Please note that the portal is for use only by our members and participating employers. If you are not in one of these categories, you will not be able to access the portal.

    An activation code letter will be sent to the address that we hold on our pension system; if you have not updated us with any change of address since starting your employment, please do so using the change of personal details form.
